NHTSA Proposes Updates to Passenger Motor Vehicle Insurer Reporting Requirements

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing to update its lists of passenger motor vehicle insurers required to file reports on motor vehicle theft loss experiences, with the first reports due by October 25, 1996, for the 1993 calendar year.
