NHTSA Allows Importation of Nonconforming 1995 Chevrolet 400 SS Pickup Trucks

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced that 1995 Chevrolet 400 SS pickup trucks manufactured for the Mexican market can be imported into the US due to their substantial similarity to a US-certified vehicle and their ability to be modified to meet safety standards.
