General Motors Corporation Seeks Full Exemption from Vehicle Theft Prevention Standard for Buick Park Avenue

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted General Motors Corporation's petition to modify the previously approved antitheft device for the Buick Park Avenue car line, allowing the modified device to be installed as standard equipment.
