New Rule Clarifies Zero Tolerance Law for Minors Driving Under the Influence
The U.S. Department of Transportation has implemented a new rule requiring states to enact and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for minors driving under the influence, in order to avoid losing federal highway funding.
