NHTSA Grants Exemption to Lamborghini and Vector for Lower Fuel Economy Standards

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has finalized a decision to exempt Lamborghini and Vector from the standard average fuel economy requirement of 27.5 miles per gallon for model years 1995 through 1997, and instead sets lower alternative standards for each company.
