CFTC Withdraws Proposed Rulemaking for Operational Resilience Framework

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is withdrawing its proposed rulemaking for an Operational Resilience Framework, which was published on January 24, 2024. The CFTC does not plan to issue final rules on this topic, but may revisit the issue in the future if necessary.
