NHTSA Allows Importation of Nonconforming 1971 MGB GT Passenger Cars

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has made a decision to permit the importation of 1971 MGB GT passenger cars that do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, as they are substantially similar to a U.S.-certified version of the vehicle and can be modified to comply with the standards.
