Availability and Request for Comment on Draft Report to Congress on the Benefits of Safety Belts and Motorcycle Helmets

The U.S. government has released a draft report on the benefits of safety belts and motorcycle helmets, generated from the Crash Outcome Data Evaluation System (CODES) Project, and is seeking public comments on the document, which is due to be finalized and presented to Congress in February 1996.
