NHTSA Terminates Rulemaking for Heavy Vehicle Burnish Procedures
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has decided not to extend the deadline for manufacturers to switch to a new burnish procedure for medium and heavy vehicles, as they have already been certifying compliance to the relevant brake standards since 1994.
