Decision That Nonconforming 1992 Kenworth T800 Trucks Are Eligible for Importation
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced that 1992 Kenworth T800 trucks, which do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, are eligible for importation into the United States. These trucks are substantially similar to a U.S.-certified version of the 1992 Kenworth T800 and can be easily modified to meet the safety standards.
