NHTSA Proposes Exemption for MedNet Incorporated from Average Fuel Economy Standard

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has proposed granting MedNet Incorporated an exemption from the average fuel economy standard of 27.5 miles per gallon for model years 1996 through 1998, and establishing a lower alternative standard of 17.0 miles per gallon for those model years.
