Consumer Information Regulations; Vehicle Stopping Distance

This rule amends the Consumer Information Regulations by rescinding the requirement that motor vehicle manufacturers provide information about vehicle stopping distance. Rescinding the requirement eliminates an unnecessary Federal regulatory burden on the industry.
