National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Establishes Advisory Committee to Develop New Headlamp Beam Pattern

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is forming a Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee to create recommended specifications for a sharper headlamp beam pattern, which could be adopted worldwide, and will hold its first meeting to discuss the proposal.
