NHTSA Allows Importation of Non-Compliant 1994-1995 BMW 730i Passenger Cars
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced that 1994 and 1995 BMW 730i passenger cars, which do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, are eligible for importation into the US due to their substantial similarity to vehicles originally certified for importation and sale in the US.
