US Federal Acquisition Regulation Adds Austria, Finland, and Sweden as European Community Countries

The US government has agreed to add Austria, Finland, and Sweden to the definition of European Community countries in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, following their accession to the EC on January 1, 1995, at the request of the US Trade Representative.
