NCUA Adopts Amendments to Exemptions Under the Privacy Act

The NCUA Board has approved proposed amendments that expand exemptions under the Privacy Act, adding (j)(2) and (k)(2) exemptions and linking them to the NCUA's Office of Inspector General Investigative Records system.
