Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Child Restraint Systems
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) amends Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213, Child Restraint Systems, to allow infant restraints to adjust positions during dynamic compliance testing for infants with apnea or breathing problems.
