Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention; Procedures for Selecting Lines Subject to Theft Prevention Standard

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has amended procedures for selecting new passenger motor vehicle lines that are likely to be high theft lines, requiring manufacturers to inform NHTSA 15 months in advance of introducing new lines.
