The Social Security Administration is notifying the public of its intention to establish two new systems of records, the SSA-Initiated Personal Earnings and Benefit Estimate Statement History File and the SSA-Initiated Personal Earnings and Benefit Estimate Statement Address System for Certain Territories, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
