Summary

Several airlines have submitted applications for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity and Foreign Air Carrier Permits under the Federal Aviation Administration's Subpart B, formerly known as Subpart Q, in response to recent changes. The applications were filed between September 1 and September 8, 2012.
