OSHA to Host Public Meeting on Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) Proposals

Summary

On June 14, 2016, OSHA will conduct a public meeting to discuss proposals for the 31st session of the United Nations Sub-Committee of Experts on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (UNSCEGHS), scheduled for July 5-8, 2016 in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting will gather comments and information to inform U.S. Government positions for the UNSCEGHS meeting, with representatives from the Regulatory Cooperation Council (RCC) and the Department of Transportation (DOT) also in attendance.
