NCUA Issues Technical Corrections to Corporate Credit Union Rule

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is issuing technical corrections to its corporate credit union rule, published in the Federal Register on October 20, 2010. The amendments address issues with the definition of collateralized debt obligation (CDO) and exempt investments, as well as a date in a model form, to improve clarity and accuracy.
