US Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zones for Grain Shipping Vessels on Columbia and Willamette Rivers

The US Coast Guard is setting up temporary safety zones around grain-shipping vessels and vessels assisting with grain shipments on the Columbia and Willamette Rivers in Oregon and Washington to prevent protest activities from causing hazards for other river users.
