U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Conduct Voluntary Test of Foreign-Trade Zones

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is launching a voluntary test of certain foreign-trade zone activities, allowing zone operators to bypass certain procedures and extend the stay of duty-paid merchandise in activated zones.
