Safety Zones; Swim Around Charleston; Charleston, SC

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to set up temporary no-swimming areas during the Swim Around Charleston event on September 29, 2013, to ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and the general public. The zones will be restricted to authorized vessels and individuals, who must obtain permission from the Captain of the Port Charleston or a designated representative.
