Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for Red Bull Flugtag Miami

The US Coast Guard plans to create a temporary no-sail zone in Biscayne Bay, east of Bayfront Park, in Miami, Florida, on September 21, 2013, to ensure public safety during the Red Bull Flugtag event, where 30 participants will launch flying objects from a 30-foot ramp into the water.
