Coast Guard Proposes Rule to Enhance Safety at Port of New York

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to establish and modify anchorage grounds within the Port of New York to ensure safe navigation and secure anchorages for vessels, thereby protecting life and property, and facilitating efficient commerce operations.
