Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a temporary safety zone along the Upper Mississippi River, from mile 662.8 to 663.9, to protect vessels navigating the area, and entry is restricted unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Upper Mississippi River or a designated representative.
