Coast Guard Proposes Extension of San Diego Bay Security Zone to Support Naval Fuel Pier Construction

The US Coast Guard is proposing to extend a portion of the existing San Diego Bay security zone at Naval Base Point Loma to facilitate the construction of a new naval fuel pier, while also establishing a new security zone to protect a relocated marine mammal program at the Naval Mine Anti-Submarine Warfare Command.
