Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone for 2013 Ironman 70.3 Miami

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to create a safety zone in Biscayne Bay, east of Bayfront Park in Miami, Florida, on October 27, 2013, to protect participants, vessels, and the general public during the Ironman 70.3 Miami triathlon.
