Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone at Navy Pier East in Chicago Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict access to Navy Pier East in Chicago Harbor from 9:15 p.m. to 9:55 p.m. on September 26, 2013, to ensure public safety before, during, and after a fireworks display, and only allow permitted vessels to enter the area.
