US Coast Guard Proposes Updates to Special Local Regulations for Eleventh Coast Guard District Annual Marine Events

The US Coast Guard is proposing to update its list of annual marine events in the Eleventh Coast Guard District, adding specific events and removing those that no longer occur, and standardizing the language and format of listed events. The proposed rule would restrict vessels from entering the regulated area if the special local regulations are activated.
