National Park Service Initiates Environmental Review for Scorpion Pier Replacement Project

The National Park Service is conducting a conservation planning and environmental impact analysis for the proposed replacement and relocation of the Scorpion Pier at Santa Cruz Island's eastern waterfront, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the California Environmental Quality Act.
