NiSource Inc. Receives Approval for Incidental Take Permit for 10 Federally Listed Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made the Final Environmental Impact Statement and Habitat Conservation Plan for NiSource Inc.'s incidental take permit application available to the public, which would allow the company to take 10 endangered species over a 50-year period.
