Summary

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is required to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and potentially amend the Hollister Resource Management Plan to assess oil and gas leasing and development on public lands and Federal mineral estate in the Hollister Field Office, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
