BOEM Requests Comments on Proposed Oil Spill Financial Responsibility Forms for OMB Review

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is seeking public input on proposed forms for oil spill financial responsibility, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
