Notice of Proposed Information Collection; Request for Comments for 1029-0049

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request related to Special Permanent Program Performance Standards for operations on alluvial valley floors. The request, previously approved with control number 1029-0049, will be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget for reauthorization.
