U.S. Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Oil and Gas Leasing in Colorado and Kansas

The U.S. Forest Service is preparing an environmental impact statement for the potential oil and gas leasing on the Pike and San Isabel National Forests and Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands in Colorado and Kansas, which will assess the effects of updating leasing areas and stipulations.
