USDA Proposes Changes to Permit Procedures for Regulated Plants and Noxious Weeds

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to consolidate permit regulations for the importation and interstate movement of regulated plants, plant products, and other articles, as well as noxious weeds and beekeeping articles, with the aim of making permit procedures more transparent and easier to use.
