USDA Increases Fees for Voluntary Dairy Grading and Inspection Services

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced a 20% fee increase for voluntary dairy grading and inspection services, effective August 2013 and February 2014, to offset rising costs and inflation, with the aim of minimizing the overall cost increase to the industry.
