US Department of Agriculture Publishes Rule for School Lunch Program Compliance

The Food and Nutrition Service has released an interim final rule requiring schools to certify their compliance with meal requirements under the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010, following approval from the Office of Management and Budget
