Mango Promotion, Research, and Information Order Amended to Allow Foreign Producers to Nominate Themselves

The Mango Promotion, Research, and Information Order has been updated to enable foreign mango producers from countries exporting to the US to self-nominate or nominate others for appointments to the National Mango Board, increasing the pool of potential nominees. The proposed change to adjust the timing of officer elections has been dropped from the rulemaking process.
