USDA Announces Draft Environmental Assessment for Cotton Quality Research Station Land Transfer

The USDA has released a Draft Environmental Assessment for the proposed transfer of 10 acres of land and facilities from the USDA Agricultural Research Service to Clemson University Research Farm Services, following the National Environmental Policy Act and Federal Land Policy and Management Act requirements.
