USDA-APHIS-13 Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking System to be Added to Privacy Act Inventory

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is proposing to add the Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking System to its list of records systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, in order to comply with the agency's obligations to publish notice of record systems in the Federal Register.
