Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Finalizes Catastrophic Risk Protection Endorsement

The FCIC has finalized the Catastrophic Risk Protection Endorsement, clarifying existing policy provisions and incorporating changes from the Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions and Area Risk Protection Insurance Basic Provisions, effective for 2014 and succeeding crop years for crops with a contract change date on or after the rule's effective date, and for 2015 and succeeding crop years for crops with a contract change date prior to the rule's effective date.
