FCIC Finalizes Amendments to Extra Long Staple Cotton Crop Insurance Provisions

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) has finalized changes to the Extra Long Staple Cotton Crop Insurance Provisions, making them consistent with the Upland Cotton Crop Insurance Provisions and allowing for a late planting period, effective for the 2014 and succeeding crop years, to better meet the needs of producers.
