US Department of Agriculture Requests Extension for WIC Local Agency Directory Report
The Food and Nutrition Service is seeking to extend the approval of the WIC Local Agency Directory Report, a collection of information on all WIC local agencies, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
