DOL and ED Announce Eligible States for WIA Incentive Grants

The Department of Labor and the Department of Education are notifying three states that they are eligible to apply for WIA incentive grants, which will be awarded for the last time in PY 2013, following the elimination of incentive awards under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
