NMFS Adjusts DAS Rate for Common Pool Vessels in Northeast Multispecies Fishery for FY 2012

Summary

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has adjusted the differential days-at-sea (DAS) rate for common pool vessels in the Northeast Multispecies Fishery for fishing year (FY) 2012 due to overages in FY 2011 catch levels. The agency also announced the final amount of unused FY 2011 annual catch entitlement (ACE) carryover available to each sector in FY 2012.
