Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act of 2019, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is giving notice of a 60-day public comment period on the proposed recreational shooting closure included in the Proposed Sonoran Desert National Monument (SDNM) Resource Management Plan (RMP) Amendment and Final Environmental Assessment (2023).
